Seth McDonnell founded Waverly Management in response to a demonstrated demand for the outsourcing of management services in the nonprofit sector.
Prior to founding Waverly Management, Mr. McDonnell spent ten years gaining management experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Mr. McDonnell received his BS in Finance from Quinnipiac University and a Masters Degree in Organizational Development and Nonprofit Management from the Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins University. In addition, Mr. McDonnell earned a certificate in nonprofit studies from the Institute of Policy Studies.
Throughout his tenure living, working and attending school in Baltimore, Mr. McDonnell has formed a widespread group of external consultants forming a strong backbone of advisors for Waverly Management. With over 150 years of combined experience, Waverly Management's advisors provide extensive legal, tax, investment, foundation and philanthropic expertise.
