History
Waverly Management LLC was founded in 2007 by Seth A. McDonnell to provide administrative and office management services to private foundations and other philanthropic entities. By servicing numerous clients with an aggregated staff, Waverly Management is a cost-effective, comprehensive solution for private philanthropy reluctant to incur the overwhelming expense of hiring a knowledgeable staff, providing employee benefits, and leasing office space. With Waverly Management as a "behind the scenes" partner, not only will a client's philanthropy run more efficiently, the founders and trustees will be able to focus their time elsewhere with the confidence that their philanthropic efforts are being professionally managed.
